Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Processing times may vary during high-volume periods (holidays, launches, promotions, etc.).

Note: Some products are fulfilled using third-party Print-On-Demand (POD) partners, which may require additional processing time.


Print-On-Demand & Third-Party Fulfillment

Certain items may be produced and shipped by trusted third-party fulfillment partners.
These items may:

  • Ship separately from other products

  • Arrive in different packaging

  • Have variable processing times

This allows us to offer a wider range of high-quality, made-to-order products.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Carrier service level

  • Product weight/size

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, customs, or other delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If multiple shipments are required, tracking may be provided separately.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • The United States

  • Select international destinations

International buyers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes, which may vary by country.


Lost / Stolen / Delayed Packages

Creative Zoo is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery

  • Carrier delays (weather, logistics issues, customs, etc.)

If you believe your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Verify the delivery address was correct

  2. Check with neighbors or building management

  3. Contact the carrier directly

We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed or undeliverable.
If an order returns to us due to an invalid address, reshipping fees may apply.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Include order number + photos of packaging & product

We will assist with replacement or resolution.


Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately due to:

  • POD partner fulfillment

  • Stock availability

  • Packaging requirements

This will not affect your shipping costs.


Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Lead times for pre-order or made-to-order products will be noted on the product page.
These items may take longer than standard processing.
